Artisan history
Multi-award winning master craftsman, Andrew Brown, has over twenty years experience in bookbinding. His technical vision and creative enthusiasm have established him as one of the most exciting, innovative, and in-demand bookbinders at work today.

His pieces are held in private collections in the UK and USA. He has also exhibited around the world, including such prestigious venues as John Rylands University Library in Manchester, Bibliotheca Wittockiana in Brussels, and Ashikaga Museum of Art, Koriyama City Museum of Art and Chiba City Museum of Art in Japan.

Most recently, he was commissioned by Liverpool’s Picton Library, to design a binding to commemorate Liverpool City of Culture, and by Save the Children, to design a visitors' book to mark the 90th anniversary of the charity’s founding. The latter was unveiled at Buckingham Palace.
